More About Me
Hamp offers a unique perspective of starting as a client of Corcoran Sawyer Smith and becoming a Licensed Realtor Associate with the agency. Hamp first relocated to Jersey City in 2014 and loved it so much that over the years he has lived in the Hamilton Park, Powerhouse Arts District and Village neighborhoods. Previously, he earned his honorary New Yorker status after living in Manhattan and Park Slope for over a decade. He also lived in Montclair for several years before returning to city life. Prior to starting his real estate career, Hamp spent a number of years as a c-suite business development executive across various sectors including healthcare tech, entertainment and advertising. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He considers himself fortunate to have traveled extensively both domestically and internationally. Hamp speaks Spanish. His approach to real estate is grounded in the philosophy that for Buyers, finding the right home is a process of elimination and efficient time management. He draws on his enterprise sales consulting, expertise to listen, ask strategic questions and then go to work on gathering the right market intelligence for his clients. For Sellers, he begins with the end in mind of what success looks like and then starts working backward from there to achieve it for his clients. The key objectives for both Buyer and Seller clients are to provide transparent communication, manage any challenges quickly and deliver a stellar outcome.
